Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition with all original tags and labels intact.
Customized, altered, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged/Incorrect Products:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
An unboxing video is mandatory to accept any refund request.
Return the item with your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID mentioned clearly on the parcel.
Inspection and Refund Process:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credits (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Exchanges
Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
Exchanges may be made for size changes or product swaps of equal or higher value (additional charges apply for price differences).
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We will cover the shipping costs for dispatching the replacement item.
Special Considerations
Non-Returnable Items:
Hair accessories, shoes, customized items, special offers, and pre-orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any item that has been used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
