Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are for kids’ clothing and accessories only.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in product information or pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the location.

  • Shipping charges may apply and will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes) are not our responsibility.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be made within 2days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via store credit.

Note: Size-related issues are not eligible for return unless there is a clear mismatch with the size chart.

Payment

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and COD (if available).

  • All transactions are secured and encrypted via third-party payment gateways.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.

  • You may not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Mothers Attic and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mothers Attic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
